November 9 - 11, 2011 Wednesday - Friday   Hosted by The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson

Conference Site:

• Pre-conference workshops will be held on the campus of the University of Texas at Dallas at the School of Management. Transportation will be provided. All other sessions will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (see below).

Hotel

The conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency in Richardson on Campbell and Highway 75. Hotel registration can only be made by calling the hotel at 972-619-1234 or 888-591-1234 or online at www.northdallas.hyatt.com.

Please mention that you are with the T-BUG Conference to receive the group rate of $85 for single and double occupancy. The group code is G-TBUG. The conference rate expires October 18, 2011. The rate will increase by $5 to $90 after the expiration date. A map is located on the hotel website.

Getting to Richardson

Richardson is located just north of Dallas, between Hwy 75 and the Dallas North Tollway.

Airports:

• Love Field is the closest airport. (Southwest Airlines flies here). There are 3 shuttle services from Love. See below.
• DFW is the other airport. (American Airlines flies here). The same shuttle service runs from
