The Executive Board is first charged with creating By-Laws and the documents necessary to file for non-profit status with the State of Texas and for tax-exempt status with the IRS.
President - Rhonda Blackburn, UT Dallas
(Rhonda will serve an initial 1-year term to help get T-BUG off the ground as a non-profit organization. After this first year, we will no longer elect a president, as the President-elect will become take over.)
President-elect - Trish Trifilo, Hardin-Simmons University
(The President-elect will serve a 2-year term, the first year as president-elect and the second year as President.)
Secretary - Michelle Chandler, Lone Star College
(The Secretary will serve 1-year term for this forst year; thereafter the term will be 2 years.)
Treasurer - Scott Dillingham, UT Tyler
(The Treasurer will serve a 2-year term and will work closely with our agent, Debby Butler, to analyze and maintain the organization's finances and budget.)
CIO - Chief Information Officer - Wade Ashby, Hardin-Simmons University(The CIO will serve a 2-year term and will oversee the organization's technology and marketing.)
