The T-Bug Executive board meets monthly throughout the year. 

President -  Trish Trifilo, Hardin-Simmons University 

President-elect -  Michelle Chandler, Lone Star College 

The President-elect serves a 2-year term, the first year as president-elect and the second year as President.

Secretary -

The Secretary serves a 2 year term

Treasurer -

The Treasurer serves a 2-year term and works closely with Debby Butler, the T-Bug agent, to analyze and maintain the organization's finances and budget.

CIO - Chief Information Officer - 

The CIO serves a 2-year term and oversees the organization's technology and marketing.
